Who Is OMP CHurch?

We are a community of believers hungry for God’s presence and passionate about seeing lives transformed by His power. We strive to cultivate an atmosphere of worship that invites the Holy Spirit to move. Every gathering is an opportunity to encounter God, resulting in spiritual growth, revival, and a deeper walk with Jesus Christ.

Quick FAQ

  • Yes! At OMP Kids we offer a full kids ministry experience, including nursery, Pre-K, and elementary-age kids (up to 5th grade). We also have ministries for youth and young adults.

  • You can expect a welcoming and loving environment, free coffee and snacks, and a tour of our facility with one of our hospitality concierge team members. Our service includes Spirit-led worship and a message from our pastor. Our heart and goal every service is to create space for people to encounter Jesus.

  • We are a Pentecostal Christian church that believes in one God and the life-changing power of Jesus Christ. We are passionate about building a real, growing relationship with Jesus, not just practicing religion.

  • About Scripture:

We believe God is the originator of the Bible, that the Bible is God's message to humanity and is infallible. We accept the Bible as the final authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

    (2 Timothy 3:16-17 NKJV)

    About Salvation:

We believe that every person has sinned and stands in need of redemption, which is obtained through faith in the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, by repentance, baptism in the name of Jesus, and filled with the spirit. (Romans 3:23, Acts chapters 2, 10, 19, and 22 NJKV)

Those repenting of sin and being born again of water and Spirit become children of God. Peter's message in Acts chapter 2, which reflects the words of Jesus to Nicodemus in John 3:3-8 is still alive and well at the OMP.

    About Jesus

We believe in the one eternal God: who is unlimited in power; holy in His nature, His attributes and His purpose. This one true God has revealed Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and His name is Jesus.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, was crucified on Calvary for the sins of humanity, and physically arose from the grave.

We believe that through His death and life we have personal salvation and power for victorious living.

...anyone who believes in me [Jesus] will do the same works I have done, and even greater works...

Hello friend,

Ozark Mountain United Pentecostal (OMP) Church exists to serve the Springfield and Branson, Missouri communities. We strive to cultivate a Spirit-filled environment where we can worship and seek the Lord together.

We believe the church has been set apart to be a group of people who follow Christ wholeheartedly and with expectant faith. “You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden.” (Matthew 5:14 NLT)

The church is made up of many members, diverse in their gifts and callings, but unified in the pursuit of God’s will and the desire to see His kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. We walk side-by-side, building each other’s faith as we follow Jesus Christ and His purpose for our lives.

We welcome all who are seeking to know more about Jesus, and we pray that you encounter the Holy Spirit and a loving community during your visit!

See you soon,

Pastor Jon Crum and the OMP Family
